All payments are due upon receipt of the bill. All copy sales are C.O.D. and transcripts will not be released until paid in full. All transcript orders will be verified by email confirmation. If you do not confirm by email or in the portal that you're ordering a transcript, you will not receive one. If you confirm by email that you're ordering an original or a copy of a transcript, you are obligated to pay the independent contractors for their services as agreed upon when the transcript is final and billed.
